The farm Oorlogskloof is situated in the Onder-Bokkeveld a mere 9 km south of the town of Nieuwoudtville on the road to Clanwilliam over Botterkloof. It borders on the Oorlogskloof Nature Reserve while the Oorlogskloof river cuts through it.
Farming actvities are of the most diverse in the region. Furthermore, the much-sought-after white Table mountain sandstone of the Bokkeveld mountains is mined and partially processed here for shipping to the building industry.
Tourism is also a very
important part of the farm operations especially during
the flowering season.
